We will meet you from your flight, help organise the collection of your hire car and drive with you to the houses.

After discussing the menu with you we will come and cook for you at the houses. Choose from Tapas, traditional Spanish seafood and shellfish dishes, meat BBQ, vegetarian platters. You can book a one off night or fully catered week.

We will take you to tapas bars, bodegas (wine bars), Arabic teterias (tea shops) and restaurants. We will also give you a walking tour of some of Malaga's historic highlights, including the Alcazaba (Royal Palace) and the Cathedral. A visit to the Banos Arabes (Arabic Baths) can also be arranged.

A Yoga teacher for a lesson (or a week of lessons) at the houses

Do you want to stretch while you relax? Fancy daily yoga sessions in a fabulous setting? Then book our yoga instructor, Ruth, for your stay. Ruth is a Marie Quall certified yoga teacher and has a yoga therapy and training centre (YTTC) diploma. She will come to Lucena Alta Monday-Friday mornings during your stay to give a 1-2 hour workshop for your party. Our qualified Yoga teacher will lead classes for all levels including beginners. Book for one day or every morning during your stay.

Do you want to learn how to make beaded jewellery? Then book a jewellery party! There will be a beading demonstration - showing you how to make two different styles of beaded necklace or bracelet. Then you choose your own beautiful glass beads from a large selection and make your own. Our beading teacher, Ellie, will offer help and give you some top tips. All the equipment will be provided. There will also be an opportunity to purchase Ellie's one-off pieces, which she sells in the local area.

Ruth Roberts gives cooking classes in her home in the centre of Seville. She will meet you at your hotel and take you to the local produce market, then to her home, where you can join in the preparation of a 3 course meal, or a selection of tapas. A pre-lunch aperatif and tapa will be served, followed by lunch on the terrace overlooking the cathedral and old city.

Learn how to make the classic cold soups of Andalusia - gazpacho, ajo blanco and salmorejo - how to use saffron, cook a selection of fresh seafood and combine it with rice. Cook whole fish encased in salt and how to prepare lamb with a recipe dating from the 10th century, when Spain lived under Moorish rule. And more - Spanish desserts, fine wines and sherries.

She has lived in spain for over 20 years, mostly in Seville. Ruth appears in Jenni Muir´s book, A Place to Cook - featuring 25 cooking schools around the world.
